Professionals who create a listing give us the details shown on their profile, such as name, photo, bio, credentials, services, areas served, languages, fee structure and contact details, plus the email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) used to sign in.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

Visitors who send an inquiry or leave a review give us the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message or review they submit.

Like most websites, we may collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and browser type, to understand how the directory is used and to improve it.

We use this information to publish and manage professional listings, to let you sign in and edit your listing, to deliver inquiries from visitors to the professional they contacted, to review and moderate new listings and reviews, and to keep the directory secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Approved professional listings, including the contact details a professional chooses to add, and approved reviews are visible to anyone who visits the directory. Inquiry messages are shared only with the professional they were sent to and with our administrators.

We share information only with the service providers that host and run the directory (for example, hosting, database, file storage and sign-in providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the directory.

We keep listing and account information for as long as the listing or account is active. Inquiries and reviews are kept while they are needed to run the directory. You can ask us to delete your listing or account at any time.

Professionals can update their listing at any time from their dashboard. To have your listing, account, inquiry or review removed, or to ask what information we hold about you, contact us using the details on this website.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords, to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
